If you own a dog or love nature and walking and live in Tarvin, then the chances are you will have visited our beautiful community woodland (Grogan’s Walk).
One of our Foundation’s aims and objectives is to improve the quality of life and the well-being of our community and to further life-long learning. These objectives fit hand in glove with the latest project being put together by the Tarvin Community Woodland Trust to provide information boards describing how the woodland has been brought about, how it will develop, and specifics relating to individual objects of interest in order to tell everyone a bit more about the things that they are looking at. The idea being that everyone may learn something from the signs which are season specific and so will change as the year progresses. Fascinating information for your strolls!
