What a night!
Twenty one teams entered the first running of The George Heath Foundation Table Quiz – and Tarvin Community Centre hosted a fun-filled, head scratching, head banging evening, with around 100 people coming along to support The George Heath Foundation!
An amazing and varied set of questions were put together by the fabulous Sarah Harvey, who was assisted on the night by her daughter Megan! Safe to say that there was something in the quiz for everyone – young and old!
The raffle for the evening was organised by our three youngest trustees – Robbie Plank, Chloe Evans and Ben Thorp.
It was too close to call going into the final round with the “Boyz in the Corner” narrowly leading “The Bean Counters”.
Rather embarrassingly, The Bean Counters (a team consisting of four of the Foundation’s trustees) just managed to turn it around in the final run in!
The most important thing was that all of the quizzers had a good time…oh and the added bonus was that The George Heath Foundation raised £595 on the night! Absolutely amazing!
Thank you so much to everyone who came along and supported us – we couldn’t do what we do without your support!
